This application presents an open-source physics simulation developed in Singapore, drawing on the foundational work of Fu-Kwun Hwang and Loo Kang WEE. Additional resources related to the project can be accessed at

Introduction
The Vernier calipers feature a model designed to measure external dimensions through the depicted lower jaws. This model includes a blue object for the internal jaws to measure the width of an object, with a slider that allows precise control and a simple drag action for positioning. Features include:

• A slider for adjusting zero error.
• A checkbox for hints to guide learners' focus and comprehension.
• A checkbox for displaying answers, elucidating readings from both the main scale and Vernier scale, including correction for zero error.
• A dropdown menu presenting various common Vernier scales to facilitate understanding and experimentation.
• Fine control buttons offering incremental precision adjustments.
• A slider control for rapid adjustments in measurement.
• A reset button to restore the simulation to its default settings.
